About these terms

These terms apply to www.thegrowtix.com and to services provided by Growtix, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Your proposal or agreement with us takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Scope and quotes

Scope and deliverables are agreed in writing before work begins. Package prices on this site are starting prices. The final price depends on site size, campaign complexity, markets and workload.

Fees and ad spend

Our fees cover our work only. Ad spend is paid to Google, Meta or other platforms and is separate. Third party tool costs are separate unless stated in your quote.

Term and ending

We work month to month with no lock in, unless your agreement says otherwise. Either side can stop at the end of a billing month with written notice.

Your accounts

We set up analytics, tag and ad accounts in your name. You keep full access and ownership. Please give us the access we need and keep it active while we work.

Results

We work to agreed targets and report honestly. Search rankings, ad results and platform rules depend on third parties, so we cannot guarantee a specific result.

Content and approvals

You confirm that content, images and claims you give us are yours to use and are accurate. We publish ads and posts after your approval.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information private and use it only to deliver our services.

Website use

The content on this site belongs to Growtix. You may not copy it for commercial use without our written permission.
